Pneumatic injector pump

Pneumatic injector pump model AP/A-S e MP/A-2

Our air powered grout pumps are designed for easy servicing, easy maintenance and cleaning. Such models are mainly used in works where the compressed air is available at a low cost and where is not required a particular control of pressure and flow. Our air driven grout pumps model AP/A.S and MP/A.2 have counteracting plunging pistons directly connected to a drive cylinder. Grouting parts are same as those of our well known grouting pumps electro hydraulic driven model AP/OL.S and MP/OL.2. The air system is consisting of a robust cast-iron drive cylinder with aluminium pistons, inox valves and a switch over mechanism to perform the alternate movements. The various maximum pressure and maximum flow can be obtained by simply changing the grout pistons which are of hardened or hard-plated steel (on request). Valves are steel ball type with bevel seats. In both models the valves body has wide passages of flow so it keeps klean. Each pump is mounted on a sturdy steel frame for easy transportation.
